One of the most exciting aspect of planning your wedding cake is deciding what your cake will taste like. I believe that all the wedding cakes we create must taste as good as it looks!

All our cakes have 4 layers of light and fluffy delicious sponge paired with fresh fruit reductions or salted caramel or buttercreams or luscious curds. All our cake tiers are about 5 inches tall and are frosted with Couverture White/Dark Chocolate Ganache Frosting and iced with a layer of good quality sugarpaste.
