ABOUT ME
Crafting Sweet Moments, One Confection at a time.
Hello There! I’m Janannie Rangaswamy, the creative soul behind the edible artistry you’ll find here. With a heart that’s part coder and part confectioner, I’ve embarked on a delicious journey from software engineer to cake artist.
My story began in the realm of programming and lines of code, where I honed my logical thinking and attention to detail. But the call of creativity was too strong to resist, and one day, I found myself captivated by the artistry of cake decorating. What started as a fascination quickly turned into a passion, and before I knew it, I was trading debugging sessions for fondant sculpting.
My Transition from software engineer to cake artist has been an exciting adventure. With my engineering background, I approach each cake like a project, meticulously planning every detail and a touch of artistic intuition. The result? Cakes that aren’t just baked goods but carefully crafted narratives that capture emotions and tell stories.
Every Cake I create is a symphony of flavours and textures, a canvas for celebrations and joy. From elegantly minimalist designs to whimsical, fantastical creations, my portfolio reflects the fusion of precision and playfulness that defines my style.
When I’m not in my kitchen studio, you’ll find me immersing myself in the latest cake decorating trends, experimenting with new techniques, and pushing the boundaries of edible art. I believe that every cake is an opportunity to bring smiles and create memories, and I pour my heart into each confection I craft. I am proud to have my creations published online and in print publications.
Whether it’s a milestone celebration, a wedding, or simply a day that calls for a touch of sweetness, I’m hear to turn your vision into edible masterpiece. Let’s collaborate to make your moments even more special with a dash of creativity and a dollop of delight.
Thank you for being a part of my artistic journey. Here’s to crafting sweet moments together!
With Sugary Smiles,
Janannie Rangaswamy (Janu)
